Emerald Pointe is resident owned, and operated by volunteers of the EPPOA (property owners); therefore, the hours of operation could vary as individual and park needs arise.
Contact with some of the officers and committee chairs may be difficult, at times, as most of us are retired and are scattered throughout our great country.
