This site is owned by the Emerald Pointe Property Owners Association (EPPOA). 

The properties at Emerald Pointe RV Resort are individually deeded.  Each owner automatically becomes a member of the association by purchasing property at Emerald Pointe.  Along with the membership privileges (see amenities) comes the responsibility of being part of a small community. 

Emerald Pointe Property Owners Association had it's beginning in January 1997 with the formation of a Florida corporation by "developer" David Peterson when the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions were drawn and filed with Pasco County, Florida.

The developer had and executed a six phase plan for the development and sale of the 304 lots in our "Five Star" RV Resort completing the last phase in October 2005 after selling the last of the lots. In February 2006 EP became a 55+ deed restricted community by vote of the then current owners.

The EPPOA is responsible for the care and feeding of the common areas and also provides for rubbish removal and lawn maintenance.  The low monthly assessment ($65) is due in part to the frugality of the board of directors and the willingness of the owners to volunteer their time and expertise in the management and maintenance of the community.
