All RV's must be approved by the EP Board prior to placement on any lot. Specifically prohibited are tents, tent trailers, truck campers, non-professionally manufactured RV's and RV's of any age in disrepair or poor condition.  Generally accepted are new and late model units or custom units of professional quality classified as self contained RV's in the Class of  "A", "B", "C", Private Motor Coach (Bus), Travel Trailer, 5th Wheel or Park Model.  Each lot use is limited to one of the above listed RV 's.
