Resort Homes are a single family home and can be as large as 2,600sf but no less than 2,000sf, must meet FL building codes and be approved by the EP Board prior to construction. The Resort Home can accommodate only a Class "A" or Private Coach RV as long as 45 feet.  There are 8 lots set aside for this type of structure, 7 have been built to date.
