The Seller's Meeting on the 11th of February at 10am will be conducted by Carol Frank,  Lyn McCorkle. and John Leahy. Carol is Emerald Pointe's Communication Chair and manages the Rental Listings, Lyn manages the Sales Listings and John handles the website part of the collective endeavor to promote your property whether for Sale or Rent.  We know that sales have been slow.  The Board of Directors have for the 3rd year allowed "For Sale" signs to be posted on your property.  These signs have had only minimal effect on sales. To sell, we need to reach out to the folks looking for your lot and let them know that you want to sell. At the January BOD Meeting we requested and the BOD agreed that a Promotion Committee be formed to promote the Sales and Rentals within our resort, additionally we were able to secure some funds to help in this effort. The meeting will focus on promotion methods, assistance in carrying out the plans that are developed and funding of any ideas generated. We fully realize that some of you are not able to physically help with this endeavor.  If you have any ideas please contact one of us and also be prepared to finance this endeavor.  If you seriously want to sell your property, you need to attend this meeting or at least contact a committee member to see what you can do to help.  Remember, this is for your benefit, not ours !  See you there.  Carol, Lyn & John
